So, I give this show 8/10 rating, for a great plot, good humor, and episodes that you want to see at least twice. It has a great assortment of characters (though, I do think a few skip between in and out of character), and plot twists when you least expect it (or think nothing else can go wrong for the three). The plot is, in fact, thicker than I would have thought possible from watching the first episode (So stick to it!). All in all, I would say this is a great, fun show. Having known Cleo for who knows how long, he is seen often, as more of a comic relief character who thinks he is a scientist, and is usually, if not asking the girls for hair samples, trying to figure out what is up with them. Off the top of my head I would say 'annoying', but I think there are depths to her personality that I keep overlooking.

The characters' backgrounds and personalities are built up over the first few episodes, along with how they can cope with what is happening to them, but you have to stick with it or it won't make any sense. H2O's cast isn't likely to earn many acting awards (there's a fair amount of hokiness in most of the performances), and the premise is so far-fetched that it's sure to have teens rolling their eyes, but this fantasy drama is a fun escape for tweens.
