I love the more varied/realistic textures, but using them is like the difference between painting traditionally using acrylic vs. Does anyone have any basic tutorials about painting techniques in Clip Studio? I'm comfortable with mixing and mark making in FireAlpaca, but the brushes behave totally differently in Clip Studio, and it's super frustrating. I've also been struggling to paint in this program. CLIP STUDIO PAINT CLIPPING MASK HOW TO
I'm assuming I'm missing something big, but none of the tutorials I've found achieve this clip+color technique, only erasing.ĭoes anyone have any suggestions? Or links to any basic tutorials demonstrating how to get this effect? I'm thinking it might be called something else in Clip Studio and that's why none of the tutorials I've found have helped me, or maybe there's a way to get the clipping mask to behave the way I want that's in some brush or layer setting I haven't noticed yet.
